Infrastructure for AI systems
that need to know what is true.
Machine-readable evidence, authority, provenance, and state infrastructure for AI agents, applications, and institutional systems.
AI systems increasingly act on information faster than institutions can verify it. Evidence, authority, provenance, and state must travel with the record — not remain trapped behind a separate interface.
Four properties. One infrastructure layer.
Veritan is designed to make evidence, authority, provenance, and state legible to machines and institutions at the point where records are evaluated and acted upon.
EVIDENCE
Structured support that connects an assertion to traceable source material.
AUTHORITY
The capacity to assert or act, expressed as explicit scope rather than implied permission.
PROVENANCE
The chain that explains origin, custody, change, and the operators or systems that touched a record.
STATE
The current condition of a record — active, superseded, revoked, or otherwise explicit to machines.
A native interface for every principal.
The public platform architecture separates the human, application, AI-agent, and system interfaces while keeping the underlying evidence model consistent. Product availability is labeled on the surface where it matters.
Human operators
A governed visual operating model for records, evidence, authority, credentials, and integrations.
Applications
The intended REST contract for scoped access to evidence, provenance, authority, and state.
AI agents
The intended Model Context Protocol contract for tool discovery, scoped authorization, and structured evidence responses.
External systems
The intended event interface for state-change-driven notification and external-system synchronization.
From principal to evidence layer.
The canonical platform model routes human, application, AI-agent, and system interactions through the same evidence, authority, provenance, and state semantics.
Human operators manage records, evidence, authority, credentials, and integrations through a governed visual interface.
CONSOLE · PREVIEW ↗Applications are designed to access machine-readable evidence and authority through scoped REST endpoints — authenticated and versioned.
API · PREVIEW ↗AI agents are designed to obtain evidence-bearing context without relying on a human interface — tool discovery, scoped authorization, structured responses.
MCP · PREVIEW ↗External systems are designed to receive state-change-driven event notifications — replay-aware and auditable integration.
EVENTS · PREVIEW ↗A distinct provenance and trust surface.
Provenance Verified™ is presented as the provenance-oriented trust surface within the Veritan public architecture. Its role is to make provenance status and supporting evidence easier to inspect without implying ownership, independence, certification authority, or legal status beyond what public evidence supports.
Where public proof should resolve.
The Evidence surface is the public registry model for records Veritan can actually publish and support. Categories may exist before evidence does; unsupported proof claims do not.
RELEASE RECORDS
Public release evidence when a release artifact is approved for inspection.
TECHNICAL RECORDS
Architecture and protocol material presented as attributable artifacts rather than marketing claims.
TRUST RECORDS
Security, privacy, availability, or assurance material when the underlying evidence is publicly available.
PROVENANCE RECORDS
Structured provenance-oriented records where status, source, and evidence can be inspected.
A corporation with a deliberate public boundary.
Veritan is a Delaware corporation building infrastructure for AI systems. The public experience separates corporate identity, platform architecture, trust posture, and the evidence actually available for external evaluation.
Company
Veritan, Inc. — corporation, purpose, and institutional identity.
Trust
Public security, privacy, evidence, and accountability posture.
Investors
Public capital context and long-term infrastructure thesis where authorized for publication.
Partners
Public integration and institutional collaboration context where authorized for publication.
Do not ask a system to trust the interface. Give it something it can verify.
