Veritan,
Inc.
A Delaware corporation building infrastructure for AI systems that must evaluate information whose evidence, authority, provenance, and state are not naturally machine-legible.
The corporation behind the infrastructure.
Veritan, Inc. is a Delaware corporation. Its public interface is this website. Operating systems, private execution environments, and internal control planes are not part of the public product model.
Increasingly autonomous systems must evaluate information whose evidence, authority, provenance, and current state are not naturally machine-legible. Veritan is building the infrastructure layer that makes those properties explicit.
Evidence, authority, provenance, and state belong together.
A record that exists without authority is not credible. Authority without provenance cannot be verified. Provenance without current state cannot be trusted for decisions. Veritan addresses all four properties in a single coherent infrastructure layer.
The factual record: what happened, what was asserted, and what source material supports it.
The ratification layer: who or what has standing to assert the record and under what conditions.
The chain of custody: where a record originated, how it moved, and whether that chain is intact.
The current condition: whether a record is active, superseded, revoked, or otherwise resolved — legible at the moment of query.
A defined public surface.
Veritan distinguishes between what is public, what is in preview, what is internal, and what is explicitly not claimed. This distinction is a product principle, not a disclaimer.
Platform interface, developer surfaces, public evidence registry, and corporate identity. This website is the complete public surface.
API, MCP, and event surfaces are presented as preview interfaces in the public architecture. They are not represented here as generally available production services.
Governance, execution, and control systems operate behind the public surface. They are not described here.
This site does not assert certifications, audits, SLAs, uptime guarantees, or customer counts without publishable evidence.
The single public brand mark of Veritan, Inc. Issued under the authority of the corporation, a Delaware entity established 2026.
