Contract the use case, not just the API.

Enterprise access is governed by signed commercial, security, data, and service commitments.

Contract stack
Enterprise engagements use a Master Services Agreement plus one or more Order Forms, pilot/SOW documents, rate schedules, security terms, data terms, and SLAs as applicable. Signed documents control over conflicting public terms.
Pilot structure
A pilot should define the use case, data scope, technical owner, commercial owner, success metric, stop condition, decision date, security review, and production-conversion criteria before access is activated.
Commercial authority
Enterprise pricing is negotiated. Commitments, volume bands, minimum spend, prepaid commitments, overage rates, custom rate cards, invoice terms, and renewal terms must be documented in the signed commercial record.
Payment terms
Enterprise order forms may support card, ACH, prepaid commitment, purchase order, or invoice terms such as Net 30, Net 45, or Net 60 where approved. Payment execution does not itself create or expand entitlement authority.
Security and access
Enterprise production access is scoped to approved organizations, projects, environments, interfaces, credentials, purposes, and users. Security review may include key management, auditability, incident response, data handling, subprocessors, and access-control requirements.
Data rights
Customer-provided data remains governed by the applicable agreement. VERITAN may process evidence and usage data to provide, secure, meter, audit, and improve the contracted service. Any data license, derived-data right, retention period, or model-training right must be expressly documented.
Reliance and provenance
Enterprise customers must use the current credential state and stated limitations. VERITAN provides governed provenance/evidence results, not a guarantee of asset value, legal title, underwriting outcome, investment quality, or facts outside the reviewed scope.
SLA
If an SLA applies, the signed SLA governs availability measurement, exclusions, incident priority, response targets, service credits, maintenance, and remedies. Public targets are informational until incorporated into an agreement.
Audit and records
Commercial, access, usage, billing, security, evidence, and custody records may be retained to support audit, fraud prevention, compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, and chain-of-custody continuity.
Termination and transition
Termination may revoke credentials and production access while preserving required historical records. Contract-specific export, transition, deletion, and retention duties are controlled by the signed agreement and applicable law.
